Solid girls with not so huge breast-e-ses. You wanna be a king? Date one of these.

Wish I had it to do over. Woulda kept one.

At some point the salt and sugar ceased to be on the table in containers and was put into the food.
I would have to get off my lazy overfed azz and try to find some facts to support that but I'm bored
so I think I will get something to eat.

He's a cool guy. What he's saying is legit but there is even more to it, IMO.

Some informative articles I read this morning.

Will Going Organic Help You Lose Weight?
https://www.google.com/amp/s/health.usnews.com/health-news/health-wellness/articles/2015/03/13/will-going-organic-help-you-lose-weight%3fcontext=amp

And a hotlink reference from the above.

Don't Just Diet – Exercise to Lose Weight, Too
https://health.usnews.com/health-news/health-wellness/articles/2014/01/07/dont-just-diet-exercise-to-lose-weight

The biggest lifestyle change for me eight years ago was setting aside an hour a day for myself. It was 30-60 minutes of walking when I started, and now full blown workouts.

The half your plate something green is a good guideline.

You need carbs to burn, to process protein, and to have full mental function -your brain needs carbs.

Brown and white rice in moderation seem to be the favorites of body builders. Carbs not just protein help in muscle recovery.

Just eating less is not a solution in it's self, not long term, and not if you want to feel like a man.

The loc nest monster only eats organic food and it's lived for millions of years.

I think Dan just fixed this thread (which started out OK, but went to hell)

I'd give her my high fructose corn syrup!

It looks like she's already using round-up. I don't see any evidence of any weeds.

I'd want to do a chromosome check on that one just to be sure of what you are getting.

XY sex-determination system
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XY_sex-determination_system
Quote:

Females typically have two of the same kind of sex chromosome (XX), and are called the homogametic sex.

Males typically have two different kinds of sex chromosomes (XY), and are called the heterogametic sex.
It kind of looks like it came out of the parts bin and got all oiled up.

Another negative outcome is it makes hugely overweight people feel entitled to wear spandex everywhere.

They are entitled to make fools out of themselves if that's what they want to do.
Obese people can have body positivity but that doesn't change that everyone thinks they are positively obese. Spandex only proves they have no common sense.
