2018 Gift Exchange - Thanks!

Hey Graham, thank you for the awesome Caterpillar multi-head ratcheting screw driver, key floaty, and USB stick. That's no white elephant gift. I'll use the s#it out of it. Merry Christmas!

I received a cool T-shirt from Urban Outlaw. No Pelican name attached, I'd post a picture but my German Wife already has it in the laundry to remove the "Fertigungsstaub". Merry Christmas to all You crazy guys and gals!

Craig, glad you like the screwdriver... they have a lifetime warranty (made by Snap-On I believe) so you can bring it in to your local CAT dealer's parts department if it ever breaks.

I received another nice package from Craigster... he was my secret santa a few years ago as well. Not sure yet what to do with the SCWDP badge yet, but the nice Buck knife, Schlitz bottle opener, tweezers, and stainless mesh box will be very useful! Thank you!

(also I'll let you know if i have any luck with the quail call )

Merry Christmas Graham! Not to brag, but I got that instrument case with some surgical instruments we bought at auction for a show we were doing, probably worth $200 easy! The Buck knife, same show and we had a Triage scene where we needed 12 Paramedic/EMT's. Of course the director loved the leather pouches that came dressed with everything including Buck knives.

I ordered them and when they came in I told the Propmaster about the knives. He said "Get rid of them, I don't want the Extra's having knives on set". I told him they were Buck 110's and he said "I don't care what they are or what you do, just get rid of them".

So I gave some away to the Grips and kept a few for myself. Have a Happy New Year!

Alright Pelicans, post up those pics!

Oh, and on the Quail call. The California Quial (State Bird) is an "Ahh-wow-ha, Ahh-wow-ha" always done twice. You'll probably hear a reply, I hear the Californians are migrating north.
