Made guava pastries for my new group of coworkers...

Hard part is getting the right guava stuff (Conchita Guava Preserves - not jam, paste or jelly, it is a consistency thing and how it handles the heat).

Schmeer the preserves onto Pep Farm Puff Pastry sheets, cut, place on baking sheet w/ parchment paper and bake at 425 until very golden brown. Let cool, dust w/ powdered sugar, enjoy.

The puff pastry is Vegan, and you can make 'em small and skinny so no excuses for anyone not to have at least one.

I always look for the Guava turnovers at the Walmart bakery....oh man....heaven!
