Vintage Cognac and a few of my best friends.
All PCar guys.
Man, my face still hurts from the night of soul restoring laughter. OMG. There (IMHO) was no better venue to crack open my bottle of old ass cognac. The cork took a very gentle touch. We had no clue what was going to happen. We either release Ebola, plunge earth into 100 years of Demon oppression or spit out grossness. Pop! The room was immediately perfumed by the boozy smell. It was very dark in color. Smelled like maple syrup. The taste was wild. Still a bright alcohol flavor with caramel notes. One friend said, “ it taste like we are partying on the titanic “ Success. I have two more younger 80 year old bottles.
