The first time in...EVER

The Indy race from St. Pete's is not available in Canada, or at least I can't find it anywhere on my sports channels. Only on NBCSN. Must be owned by Trump.

That sucks!http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1552241075.jpg

Actually, Trudeau required a bribe and they refused.

It's okay, we lost all video and the audio is really crappy. They are having technical issues.

yellowperil 03-10-2019 12:04 PM

Well, that explains it.

Seems to me to be double edge sword. Too hard to watch w/o cable (and we know where that's going) so people can't build an interest. Then, when the show comes to town nearby people think well I haven't seen any of it so far this year, so why go? And then the stands are empty.

I only have to go 8 miles to be at the main gate when INDY gets to Long Beach. I can do that for a buck on the city bus and be there in 30 minutes. Haven't been in years. What's to see? If I knew going in, I might go.

Thanks for posting that highlight video. Rosenqvist will be a guy to watch this year!

Go on Friday for the lowest cost/fewest crowds. Long Beach usually has a full dance card with a bunch of supporting races. Acura is the new title sponsor so they will likely have ticket coupons at dealers to reduce your cost. The fan expo in the convention center is a sea of swag and all manor of stuff. And as you know, the better the weather, the better the eye candy.
