Recurring Dreams

I just had that dream again. I'm in my last term of school, wondering if I'll graduate. I've been blowing off classes that I hate, have some D's and F's, not paying attention to requirements. This particular version of that dream was more detailed. I actually went to a counselor who was reviewing my transcript.

There is another recurring dream I sometimes have. I've finished grad school but can't find a job in my field, so I go back to my old law firm as an of-counsel.

Any recurring dreams you have?

Any interesting dream analysis of them?

The analysis of my recurring dreams is pretty obvious / uninteresting. I wish, if I'm going to have a recurring dream, that it'd be a more interesting one. Involving Gal Gadot etc.

Your dreams are common story lines among humans. Those dreams are all your brains creation that reflect your state of being. Possibly working out a problem, reviewing recent experiences etc.

The.Images and Events in the dream are your subconscious's LANGUAGE spoken in Symbolic Imagery. It is up to you to consciously figure out what it is all about. Those dreams are how you feel about some circumstance in your life.

You are repeating boring old humdrum habits and you feel the failure for it. You are being inattentive to something you dislike and are failing at it as a result. Or so you feel.

Could be how you feel about your relationship with your wife.

Almost all of my dreams are nightmares.

An overriding theme is not being able to find my way out of a building.

I have been practicing at lucid dreaming. Even though I am able to direct some of the action the dreams hardly ever end well.

I used to have this one where I showed up for class and realized I missed an exam... ..and another where I was lost in my school and late.

Most regular "nightmare" is being chased, but only being able to run in slow motion, like moving through molasses. Don't get that one very much now, but as a kid was regular...

When I was driving a tour bus, I had this recurring dream that I was driving nude. Night after night this would come back. I would be driving down the road and someone would ask me a question but I never would answer. I was scared because I could never get up off the seat. A group of us drivers were driving along a road and there in front of was a billboard saying " don't drive naked". A reference to having no insurance. The other guys had a good laugh. Since retired, I haven't had them at all.

That's funny, I've had recurring dreams of skipping whole semesters of classes, too, and dreading the consequences.
I have another one where I crawl through a secret opening in a large public area at a job that I once had and finding myself in a set of rooms in a home, and in my dream I think I'm at my grandma and grandpa's house. I'm looking for something that I'm totally aware of in my dream, but when I'm awake I never can think of what I'm looking for.

I had a dream where all these guys in a bar were making fun of this old Chinese man. He asked me to carry him home because he was too weak to get home. I agreed to take him home once there I asked how old he was? He said that he was 25000 years old. I replied I will never get to be that old. He said yes you will.
