Anyone here in Iowa ?
More specifically in or around Lanesboro. I'm trying to find the street address to my grandfathers home just south of Lanesboro but I'm not having any luck finding it from So Cal.
Any other ideas on how to go about it would be appreciated.

Not in Iowa...
You could try using Google streetview to navigate from a nearby landmark to his address.

In Iowa and had to look up where Lanesboro was. Never even heard of it even though generations of my family has lived within 20 miles of it for 100+ years.
But if it's a RR/Box address you have then your best bet would be calling the post office and getting the new street and house number. My parents still get mail to their house with the old RR/Box address on it even though we've had a street and house number assigned since the late 90's. Hopefully they still have records of the old system and can lead you to the new address. |
