Shared shop space available SF Bay Area

Hi All, especially SF Bay Area folks,

We've got a space opening up in our shop here in San Carlos, centrally located in the SF Bay Area. Our setup is loosely a "co-op", where 5 or 6 of us pay into the rent here, and have shared access to some nice large tools. The master tenant here is an experienced restoration guy, who focuses on old Italian cars (but I don't hold that against him!).

I've been here for about 6mos, and have really enjoyed it. I finally have access to all of the big tools that would be difficult (if not impossible) to run in my home garage, including a proper lift, big-ass air compressor, blast cabinet, hydraulic press, parts washer, etc. etc., not to mention plenty of space for project stuff. There's plenty of off street parking, and a caged side yard if you also want to store a car outside.

I'm currently the only Porsche guy here, so I'd love to influence the choice of our next member by finding someone from this forum with similar interests. I've found the rent to be reasonable, and that I really value the intangibles of having other car guys around to bounce ideas off of, and who have insights on the best local vendors and service providers.

If you're into working on your P-Car, looking for a more professional space for your projects and you enjoy hanging out with other enthusiasts, then this might be the place for you!
