That is so cool. Are the sliders or ???
I remember coming across a "pancake" turtle when wading the streams as a kid. Is that a species that people keep?

I love those turtles!

Florida. We're in the 60's evenings and 70's daytime. Low 80's some days too.

Those three turtles are telling George (I am sure you have a name for it) to come on in, the water is fine!

Just got in the house from plowing the town roads here. More for tonight.....hopefully not much more.
I'm ready for spring....just wish it would hurry up a little.

They are all red-eared sliders. There is a fifth one (not showing) that is about twice the size of the smaller ones. The plants are just now starting to green-up.

trying to decide on shorts or long pants for the tee time later today

Evans, Marv 04-10-2019 08:49 AM

Trying to decide on which item on my fifteen item long (and expanding) "to do" list to get going on or continue working on. A few big items are applying sealer to the driveway, applying a top coat of elastomeric paint to the roof, cutting and weed whacking later on along with a bunch of other things.

Spring was here, Monday. Winter is back today! At least the precipitation was bouncing of the windshield on the way to work today instead of accumulating in white chunks.

Spring IS here! - Decided to go catfish noodling in the front yard with the lawnmower, but I didn't find that cool chick from the other thread. Oh well.
