Come to think of it.
I ordered a latte about 2005 that never arrived. |
I'm still waiting for Elio to start making cars
also I'm going to buy a replica STG44 by Hill and Mac Gunworks, if they ever start selling them both are vaporware and I've given up on Elio, but I'm still hoping for the STG44 have not paid a deposit for either and I'm not buying that kind of gun until I get out of California so I have to wait a little longer |
A friend waited months for a split bamboo fly rod to be made. old school, but beautiful.

My uncle raved on about a place in London that made side by side shotguns and how fantastic they are. A huge wait though.
Good thing he didn't order one as he would have died of old age (cancer actually) before he got it. |
Had to wait for the bathroom many times....I was always PO'd afterwards....got over it every single time though and worth the wait.
|
Have mercy, I’ve been waitin’ for the bus all day...

3 yr wait to get tickets to Bozos Circus in the 60s. When the tickets finally came my brother and I were to old to go.
In 1983 I was on a 6 month waiting list to order/buy a Porsche 944 - it was a hot car then. I was on a list to take as test drive. 3 yr wait list to buy Bulls season tickets during the Jordan years. The wait list went to zero after he left and the team was broken up. I had season tickets during the Tim Floyd era for 2 years. Didn't renew after Elton Brand was traded for Eddy Curry. I still go to Bulls games but I'm not a season ticket holder. Professionally - , like Sammy, have had equipment builds that took 1 -2 years. - |

I think the longest I've waited for something to be delivered was 9 months. :D
