Seems two of the kids had no idea how to fight.

Seems two other of the kids knew exactly how to fight.

The video title creates a bias yet provide little context.

Tough guys live on confrontation, but they have their limits.

They knocked down multiple skater kids that you may not notice in that video; but did not follow through.

That skater did a follow through. That is the risk of being a tough guy, encountering the guy willing to follow through.
