My next store neighbor used his house as a weekend getaway. His wife was like mrs crabapple? from bewitched. I would be in the yard, with my zoom lense, taking pictures of birds, and she would think I was spying on her. I'd even show her the pictures of Birds- not english people referring to girls- BIRDS! Never mind I wasn't even pointing the camera at her. I would always need to mow the lawn on the weekends they were there, so viola... their getaway house was presented with the noises of grass being cut. Sorry...

There was also a neighborhood kid who had a kx250, and would go into her yard and roost the thing pretty bad. She would come up to my house and claim I had been doing that- On my road bicycle- in spandex. Having owned several dirt bikes myself and comparing a 50 long rooster trail of 2 cycle knobby destuction /comparing it to a 700x23 road bike tire... Nope... LOL....:D

They really believed I had done it. Told me I had done $5000 in damage. Nope. Sorry.

The final straw was that between our two yards (several acres of grassland each, there was a small overgrown section, left to grow up trees/shrubs. That was the way the yard came when I bought the house. I always felt it was a nice natural barrier between the yards. She wanted it cut. I didn't, and she was upset I wouldnt flip the bill to clear/stumpremove the area, and then mow it. It did not interfere with her view.

So I can't claim total victory in evicting her, I would like to think, I at least played a small role.

for a while. did not make him move. I told all the others it was not in reference to them, and they new why.

long story but it all started when he was moving in and leaving his garbage outside on the ground and thought MY dog was getting in his garbage. needless to say when I approached him to "make up" he said he new it was not my dog, but he never bothered to stop hating me or approach me first about it.

glad he finally moved but not because of me.

Naw I always got along fine with my neighbors. Running them out should be pretty easy for you though Webb. ;)

the elderly couple across the street is moving because of all the kids (families) moving into the hood. i like them, but they are literally "get off my lawn" type. they called the city and had my next door neighbor remove a basketball hoop off the street.
me, i didnt care. what i did to Mrs Doty's yard next door to my mom when i was a kid..she was so sweet and let us. i figured i owe the next generation of hellions..free reign!!

I started doing laundry all the time with triple dryer sheets, my neighbor makes weird faces at me all the time now hopefully it works and he moves soon, the grumpy old coot. :evilgrin:

If I knew where Baz lives, I'd give it a try.:D:D
