Hello, do any of you know what news station AREN'T liberals?

Trevor 03-19-2003 06:26 PM

Fox News

stray15 03-19-2003 06:33 PM

excellent...

are you guessing or do u really think so?

Nabeel 03-19-2003 09:27 PM

MSNBC has a few conservative hosts, like Joe Scarborough and Nachmann. Then there's all the Fox people....

Actually, I'm always amused when people complain about the 'liberal' media over here in the USA. Try visiting Europe and the rest of the world and check out their media. You'll thank heavens that you live in the good 'ole USA. :)

FOX NEWS KICKS ASS...GO HANNITY AND COLMES!!!!!!!

perfecto951 03-20-2003 11:21 PM

FOX seems to put some kind of entertaining spin on things. I guess thats what you would expect from the same people that makes the Simpsons. I like seeing the live footage though:)

FoxNews gets my vote, I've been watching a lot since we started the bombing and they have very good coverage, and I am really gettin into Bill O'Reilly. He's definately not a liberal pantywaste. And the live coverage...C'est magnifique!. Oh, wait, we're boycotting frog stuff, est magnifico!

Isn't the owner of FOX Rupert Merdoch. And wasn't he an Australian until he wanted to buy US media? Isn't his son Lachlan still an Ausie?

stray15 03-21-2003 03:58 AM

FOX it is then...

I've been watching Fox since I originally posted this question. Much better.

O'Riellly is great!

Yup Yup Yup. His son is poised to take over whenever Rupert feels like letting him. Rupert is quite conservative politically, so it's no surprise that his news channel is less liberal than the rest.

PLEASE move this to the Dungeon

Why? I was just thinking of leaving it here: being the conservative republican that I am..... hehehe

But yes, both FoxNews and MSNBC seem to be more right of center than the other news agencies.

Alas, I must be fair, so... ** Moving to the OT Dungeon -Z-man. **

Maybe what keeps America together is the narrowness of our actual differences. After all "Liberal" is a relative term.

All of us who believe in elected leadership and some level of equality before the law look like Left Wing Radicals to most of the rest of the world.

stray15 03-21-2003 12:00 PM

sorry cj

rammstein 03-21-2003 08:36 PM

Wow. I guess I'm not the only one who realizes Fox news is the only station to watch. God, I hate CNN.

I said it on another post.......At one time all TV news was considered a Public Service by the Broadcast companies (they are requiered by the FCC to do so many hours of Public Service each day) ..then in the 1970's they got the idea they could turn a profit on the news....so it became about ratings and since then it has degenerated into the National Enquier sensationalism.....of if it bleeds it leads.....ala the 1975 Movie Network..I'm mad as he!! and won't take it anymore."
