Please, please don't show that helicopter rescue again!

I got caught watching it and now I think I've spun something loose in my already diminished brain. CNN is to blame, I should know better.

If the person being carried was sick before then definitely will be sicker after..

Makes my head spin.

GH85Carrera 06-05-2019 03:46 PM

That was quite a ride she received. She will not want to “rescued” again.

vash 06-05-2019 03:50 PM

Maybe the centrifugal force set her broken leg? (In green)

flatbutt 06-05-2019 04:39 PM

I'd have been spewing all over the place!

On the eve of the 75th anniversary of D-Day, somehow this doesn't seem very significant.

...unless you're riding in the flying centrifuge.

sc_rufctr 06-05-2019 06:42 PM

Dreadful and completely unnecessary. All it takes to stop this is an additional safety line.

One has nothing to do with the other.

We can’t shut it down on every somber day of remembrance. She hated that ride despite the day.

Tobra 06-05-2019 07:19 PM

That is rough, you could kill someone like that.

dad911 06-05-2019 07:26 PM

That's an "E" ticket ride!

All it would have taken was for the helo to move forward and get her out out the hover downwash which they finally did near the end.

vash 06-08-2019 05:09 AM

I wish they would show the video of her pinning the tail on the donkey, when they landed. :D
