Curved treadmill, anyone?
I saw one of these (not the brand below, but the same style) a couple of weeks ago in the fitness room at my son's apt complex and since no one was around, I jumped on it for a min or two to try it out.
For those that don't know, these don't have a motor at all, you power the treadmill as you run, so the treadmill goes at the speed that you run unlike a regular treadmill that is motorized and goes at the speed that you set it to go. It would take a little getting used to, but I think it would be good once you did get used to it. The thing that is a little surprising is how expensive these are, especially considering that they aren't motorized. https://www.treadmillreviews.net/wp-...-Treadmill.jpg |
