Did you ever watch the Velocity Channel? It was assimilated and became the MotorTrend channel.

I stream using Hulu and have the cloud based DVR set to record all 24 hours . The LMP1 battle if you want to call it that is a no brainer as Toyota is really the only car in the category . Some privateers but no match for a two car factory team effort . LMP2 is generally good racing and the GT categories are wide open anyone can win . Hoping for a strong effort from Porsche :D

Looks like we're SOL in Spectrum land. Nothing in the "local listings". But the Matlock Marathon looks good this weekend.

I'm watching via Spectrum through the MotorTrend TV channel, but I think we have an upgraded package (I have a [legitimate] login through a non-personal account).
FWIW MotorTrend TV also has a 14-day free trial that I used last year for SCCA Runoffs, as well, so still accessible if not through Spectrum.
I'll be out in the shop most of the day so just plan on streaming Radio LeMans which is also free.

What’s the deal with the corvette tail lights? They light up individually on the straights, right then left them nothing, too long to be a turn signal too - then they do it again. It’s weird. Electrical glitch?

Is it a requirement to be on this broadcast crew that you have to stutter ? Sounds like Elmer Fud is calling the race . But I am enjoying the race .

What did you guys think about the results? Alonso winning again, Ford winning the AM class. Pretty solid race in general.

Actually Ford was disqualified. Both the winner car and the Bourdais car. They're not even appealing, they agree they messed up.

I feel sorry for the other Toyota, but overall the GT races were way more interesting...
I wish we had good old commentary from US channels (Varsha, fish, Bell, those guys), not a fan of the rapid fire british commentary or their humor... Cool race though.

Still don't know what the deal was with the corvette tail lights blinking left or right (too slow fo ra turn signal) on the straights... I'm surprised that's legal... Wondering if it was a trick of the tail light refresh rate vs. the camera...
