Is there not an SSH service/server on the 400? Use SCP/SFTP? Otherwise it's all clear text, including credentials, but I'm sure you know that....

I would have started at 4....left for happy hour at 4:30....done. Don't axe me how....the answer has already been given to ya....and not by me ;).

No one can Tuna Network or Tuna TCP stack on IBM systems like this old dino...and I started in communications r&d fresh outta college...my career was a hoot ;)!
