Pictures of smart dog did not download. Must be something with your internet provider cause I know you didn't start a dog brag thread and not post pics.

I wish I had picture of my sister/parent's cat that was a toilet drinker. It was the extreme splaying of legs when he would toilet drink that would be interesting to show.

A friend of mine had a cat that would drink out of the toilet when she was jr high age. She tried to scare it from drinking there and flushed while the cat was drinking and it slipped and fell in. Being a young girl she did not have the strength to overcome the suction holding the cat in the commode, butt first, and had to get her dad. The cat never drank out of the toilet after that.

One of my cats likes to drink out of the toilet and it is my wife who can never seem to keep the lid down!

In my bachelor days I had a Doberman. She was super smart, and easy to train. Except for a water source. She had food and water down all the time, but she would eat, and just go into the bathroom, and drink her fill from the toilet. Even if I put the lid down, she just used that long snout to get under the seat, and in her head went.

I finally just gave up, and let her drink the toilet water. It is clean water, well clean enough for a dog. I was a bachelor, but not a pig.

In the back yard all summer I would have a bowl that was hooked to a faucet. It would always stay full no matter how much she drank, just like the toilet. The neighborhood kids would come over and toss around a tennis ball for her and she would run like the wind. When she got hot, drink a bunch of water, plop down and cool off. 30 minutes later she was ready to play some more.

I put them in all our bathrooms when our new lab decided he had multiple water bowls.

KFC911 06-26-2019 10:21 AM

^^^ I'll probably just continue to use the dawgy bowl now...and the java was a bit better too....YMMV.

KFC911 07-09-2019 02:45 AM

Well....she's still got a little potty mouth :)

Just say no....

This is much worse than Gogar's issue....I kiss that mouth ;)

KISS?
