Thank you Fred....

Approaching 6 decades of chasin' the son...tired of legalized gamblin', and gettin' screwed....along with "headaches" from tennants....I rebalanced my approach....based upon Fred's posts just a few months back....boy wuz I dumb . I bought corporate bonds paying a decent yield....

Them sumbiches are bein' called home like moo cows to da barn....Wholly BS!

Fred you just suck! There....I feel much better now ....

Some of y'all might understand....'cause I sure don't....yet I do...sorta ?

Seems that should be expected with current rate inversion. On a positive note, at least no arsehole tenant problems.

I always suspected there was something funny about Fred, and I don’t mean “ha! ha!” funny. I’m not sure what is going on, but the next time I’m in Pittsburgh with an urgent need to buy a rusted out plow truck I will remember this thread.
