Will they take away his medical license for that really? Is that felony solicitation?
Can't say I condone the behavior, but the punishment should fit the crime. $1000 fine and few hundred hours of community service at the free clinic sounds about right to me.

I suspect his license is in deep jeopardy. Even if it survives, his current employment was done the next day and google being what it is, his future employment prospects approach nil. If he owned a football team, he'd likely get-off.

A co-worker, who also held a PE licence, was moonlighting with another company, and falsifying records.. When everything unfolded, he was fired from company we worked for, and he was eventually convicted of numerous fraud charges..
The state pulled his licence... for two years... From what I understand, he is working.... but is toxic... I think being caught in a rub and tug hap ending place would be way less offensive and wrong that a guy who purposely reported false lab results

I dont get why this is a big deal.
Its trashy sure but if hes not taking advantage of someone and paying... then why is it a issue. The only thing he would then have to sort out is how his potential spouse feels about it. I dont want to do it but why should i stop others?
