wow the cage USS Indianapolis movie was bad
truly dislike the man as an actor. horrible. possibly the most overrated actor in history.
but my goodness the awfulness of this movie actually managed to at times overshadow the awfulness of his acting!

It was truly awful, but Cage's acting wasn't the worst part. The cheesy animated plane scenes and all the BS before they got on the ship were ridiculous. Didn't care about the rest of the movie once they insulted my intelligence with that stuff.

Don't you prescreen these movies on the popular critic sites? I know some are paid reviews and not 100% objective, but you get an idea. Check USS Indianapolis on Rotten Tomatoes. Single digits!
 I think "Showgirls" and "Gone in 60 Seconds" get better reviews.

gone in 60 was another horrible movie.
craig and rick you guys are both correct though. the cgi stuff was not quite up to early 70's Disney animation standards and I failed to consult rotten tomatoes until half way in.

I rented is from RedBox on the way out the grocery store door on a Sat. night. I knew the story already, hadn't heard about the film, but figured it had to be very compelling. What a fool a I used to be.
