Gear box rattle
Yea, I know this isn't the tech forum, but I figure I hang out here and if it's okay to post the question here...cool.
Gear shift causes a rattle when wiggled around...easy fix?

‘88 Targa
Sitting still or underway Holding the shift knob and wiggling it back-and-forth causes a ‘something’s loose” noise in the gear box (the thingy under the skirt)

Pull the cover. Your shifter linkage probably needs a rebuild.

G-50 clutches are prone to rattle if you don't keep the revs up in 4th and 5th.
