The first hospital refused to do it and they took him to a second. The doctors and hospital were part of the lawsuit.

Three Deming policemen and three Hidalgo County officers were allegedly involved in the Eckert case, which may be settled out of court. Named defendants include the six officers, the medical center, two doctors and a deputy district attorney who secured a warrant authorizing an anal probe.
The police dept and the hospital paid to settle.

Again, the “probable cause” was clinched butt cheeks.

But if you've done nothing wrong just comply and you'll be on your way.

LOL

Yeeeahhh, right.

Back when I was still a kid and living with my parents, we lived on Maxwell, AFB in Montgomery, AL.

My dad had explained clearly to me, when the guard salutes, he is NOT saluting me, it is for the little sticker in the window. I often was at a photo shoot or just working late and getting home after 10:00 PM. One thing about living on base, they have a right to search my car if I want to drive home.

So I always let them search, and I never had anything to find. One time they found the bottle of prescription allergy pills. It was clearly labeled as my pills, and I had already showed my ID. So they were excited for a minute, but once again I was clean. Usually it was just cracking down on the dependent that included a few idiots. I never had anything for them to find.

And for sure, in the real world of today, no way do I consent to a search. I am still 100% clean, but I don't give up rights easily.

Consenting to a search is one thing.

But consenting to give DNA no no no.
