John Force wins 150th
No one else even close. 70 years young. Grew up in poverty.
He is the most animated of any racer and he went over the top today. He dropped several f bombs during the end of race interview. He climbed up into the stands and celebrated with the fans. Good for him. Quite the guy. |

Remarkable. If you have ever drag raced you know it is not as easy as it looks. To drive a fuel car at 70 years old and win is unbelievable.

JF used to have Gary Densham as a driver. Gary is 2 years older than Force and still driving.
![]() Both of these cats played school football. Both started with nothing. I think the difference is that John Force has never had a life other than racing. I've run into JF 2wice and he is actually a bit humble when he isn't around his cars. |

Anyone think he will retire after 2019 ? Be cool if he went out while still competitive, and he is having a good season.

John always puts on a good finish line interview, I can only hope to have 1/2 of his skill, and passion at 70 years old. His daughters do quite well also !

One of the all time great characters in racing ! He comes across as a regular lunch pail kind of guy , would love to have a few beers with him . He has created a racing empire from scratch ........... he is a great example of the American dream . Congratulations on the win John .
