Losing Money

RIP Eddie Money. Hope you kept those two tickets and are in paradise.

He had a good run. Not a great run but a good one.

Yes, RIP indeed...

I saw him play a small club here in town back in the late '70s when he was promoting his very first album. He had lots of energy and kept the place rockin'. I remember that he stood in the back between sets, right near the women's bathroom, checkin' out all the ladies as they came & went. Later on in his career, he was a regular at the local boardwalk's free summer concert series. Had a knack for writing some catchy tunes...sad to see him go.

You know what? I haven't the slightest clue what most of these dying guys were all about. None. But reading these informal obits really opens my eyes to all the wonderful people there are out there.

Can't help but wonder if he looked at someone before he died and asked for some water.
