Sounds terrible for the homeowners and businesses on the lake. Why did the govt feel a need to change the way the water was being managed?

Government and nature.....unpredictable!

I have read the documents in question.
Although I lack the information to say for certain I believe that the high water footage would still be around old plan or new plan. There was nothing in that video that indicated the exact problems with the new plan. This is more a case of highest recorded influx in 150 years. |
The main reason, it rained a lot.
