they're looking into what caused the wreck.
a guy that couldn't handle the speed/car/conditions, the fact that he wasn't belted in, and possibly, at that time of night, some impairment which I assume would be easy to ascertain. I assume he was out of the car before we could see the accident from the many angles. I never saw a body in that footage.

That video is crazy! At one point I think you can see him near the side walk. He's moving slightly after things settle down...
