How do you move through the membership process, how do i get past the junior member stage

It goes by number of posts. I think you are nearly there.

You can also change what it says in your proflie.

I don't know when you go from New Member to Member, but it's something under 40... I'm pretty sure I went from Member to Sr Member at 100. FWIW. (Which is almost nothing)
