Smithsonian German Cars Tour
Thought someone might want to do this tour:
Got an email today about Smithsonian's German Cars and Austrian Grand Prix Tour. I would love to do this but I need to attend summer school. This year they did Italian cars and the Monaco F1, missed that too for other reasons. One of these years, maybe I'll get to do something like this. Tour Name: German Cars and the Austrian Grand Prix Dates: July 3-12, 2020 Price: $7,295 per person (double) or $8,190 (single) Deposit Required: $500 per person Highlights: 1. Attend the famous Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix in Spielberg 2. Take exclusive tours of the Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, and BMW factories 3. Visit Fahr(t)raum, Hangar 7, and the EFA Museum of German Automotive History with our Smithsonian Journeys Expert: Jonathon Stein.

Yeah. I was hoping someone would go and post after so I could live through them for now.
As for summer school, a couple years ago I decided to go back to school for nursing. If I go to summer school, I should be able to sit for the licensing exam around Christmas next year.

My former boss has done the Smithsonian tours and spoke highly off them. (And also speaks highly of the Steve Austin tours)
If you like the tour environment of not having to worry about where to go, or what to do, it seems like a great setup. I'm too type A and love planning trips for myself. Everything on the tour can be done without the tour group, just takes some prearrangement, plus gets you a bit more freedom of itinerary. Good Luck with Nursing School!
