Got a new Honda.

It's just a kitten sized one, 57 cc, and air cooled so I don't need to mess about flushing it out with fresh water. And I can carry it with one hand. I'm busting to try it in the water but it's too windy.

Sorry, intentionally misleading title

VTEC, I'm sure it is. You reminded me, I'll have to get some R stickers for it.

I'd had a couple of Merury two strokes over the years, and I was so pissed off with them I was close to throwing them overboard.

It hadn't been used for a number of years and stored incorrectly (sump oil coming out the exhaust ) but I just put new fuel and oil in it and it fired up in about 60 seconds with clouds of smoke LOL as it cleared.

LWJ, yes as soon as I heard that and saw the word Honda, I knew it would suit me.

Thanks Baz. The Daisies have had some grief with the dinghy being tipped over and cleaned. But I rescued all the snails and moved them to safe ground. The daisies are so resilient it doesn't seem to matter what happens to them they grow back and flourish.
