Folks...need Photoshop help for rescued pup(s)

Was returning home from dropping off some audio equipment for repair when I rounded a corner on the two-lane highway to find a bundle of four little pups carousing in the middle of the road...must have just been dumped .

Pulled over and waved down a couple of semis to stop before the pups got run over and a fellow that must have just gotten his license stopped to ask what he could do...I grabbed a couple, as did he, and tossed them in the back seat of the pick-up.

"Honey, guess what I'm bringing home"?

We've worked with rescue for years in the past and have two rescues of our own...we're working with a local adoption group and have placed two of the four. Our two girls are older (12 and 10) and really aren't doing well with the additions...they deserve there "retirement" years. Of course we will continue to foster the new girls until we find them a good home.

Anyhoo, here are a couple of pics of our genuine-100%-purebred-NC-ditch-doggies:

Can anyone put a little Christmas bow on them?

While we are on the subject of doggo in search of a home.

Have a 3-4 year old male german shepherd, neutered and an older, maybe 10, little female terrier mix that are free agents.

People, and I am using the term loosely, who lived next door to my office manager told her last Wednesday that they were moving someplace where they can't have dogs. They were gone by Friday, abandoned two dogs, no food or water, so she scooped them up, can't keep them for long.

Bless you Rick. You are a good man.

Im not able to do it tonight, but no one has done it by morning I’ll do my best to help out.

The pup in that bottom picture looks amazing - so bright and alert.

Fantastic save, Rick. We have had five drop-offs over the years - people think that a rural area is the perfect place to kick threir dog to the curb.

We are that exact same space with our older dogs, the Red Heeler is 14 and would be in no mood for a new friend, otherwise I'd be interested.

Again, nicely done and good luck!

Rick: thank you!

I would think they should go rather quickly once put up for adoption. Especially with the red bows!

People who dump puppies like that should be imprisoned - and let the general population dole out any real justice.

I love threads like this.
How a man treats dogs (or animals in general) says a lot about his character.
Thumbs up for you!

If I were omnipotent, my fist order would be that every unwanted dog & cat find a forever loving home.

So many beautiful animals on death row for the crime of having been born.

Neuter your pets. (And weird relatives. ;))

Tip of my hat to ya, Rick.

I believe that is a prosecutable offense.
Spoke with folks in your area and they should be reported...Have your office manager call (916) 875-4311.

I don't have words for any soulless POS that could do that.

You did the right thing Rick. I hope soon there will more Moore dogs with homes.
Thank you for what you did for these pups.

I saved a little rat terrier that I saw running in the middle of the street about 5 years ago. She is sleeping on my office couch as I type this.
