Heat induction tool!
1/4 sawn and gone because buzz saws used to be more tranquil?

That's certainly a lot better than using a naked flame in a workshop!

I have the boltbuster and it is awesome.
I heated all my exhaust nuts up to cherry red to remove. Took about 30 seconds each. Rutager |
Very cool.

Jeep mechanic buddy of mine loves the thing... Uses it all the time.

I've demo'd them several times over the years, and think they are pretty cool. Snap on just figured out how to charge 4x more than anyone else with their latest and greatest one with all sorts of adapters and different elements .
I however, have never found the need for one. Early on in my wrenching career here in the rust belt, I had to achieve mastery of heating things with a torch , and it is always my go to tool. I've yet to blow myself up , or burn down the building . |
Looks cool, but for $700 I'll stick to a smoke wrench with a #0 tip
