My review....
How is this a prime item
*
This sweatshirt was suppose to be a prime item. When checking out the arrival date had changed from 2 day to 2-6 days. Ok...didn't need the item right away. The next day I got an email saying the item has shipped. WELL.....2+ weeks later no change in shipping info so I contacted the sell.
He said the sweatshirt never shipped and blamed it on the shipper....

IMO Amazon prime has gone down hill...
I find my self going other places to do alot of my purchasing online...

Seems a little strange they wouldn't allow this review of there product!?
Or is it just me?

I don't understand your review. The review, IMO, should be about the item that you purchased, the "product", but your review was about the shipping. It could be a fantastic sweatshirt, but you wrote a review complaining about shipping, presumably giving it a low rating. The two things are unrelated.

Seems to me what you really needed to know was contact Amazon about their shipping.

I see reviews like yours all of the time and shake my head.

It would be like leaving a bad review for your dentist after he filled some cavities complaining that you always brush your teeth, so the toothpaste must not be working.

It was rejected because you gave a shipping performance review in the product review area. Your complaint had nothing to do with the product itself but if posted would lower the product review score.

Further the seller of the product has zero control over Amazon Prime shipping performance (unless it's seller fulfilled which is rare). Your review would have harmed the seller financially when they had done nothing wrong and you had nothing to say about the product itself.

There are ways to address shipping performance but this isn't it.

Exactly. If he'd contacted Amazon and complained about shipping, assuming it was "fulfilled by Amazon" I'm sure they'd have shipped a second item at their cost and made sure that it arrived right away.

Thanks guys...
Guess that makes sense...
I assumed shipper/seller were one n the same...

+1 on all the responses.

It isn't a review of the product, it is a criticism of Amazon Prime.

It's a common mistake and I'm not entirely sure why Amazon doesn't make the relationship more clear to customers(though I have my theories :)).
