Something like this was in the news a few years ago. I'm 5'10" and for me it's pretty much the perfect height. You fit into 911s perfectly, fairly compact and maneuverable in all aspects of physicality, clothes fit well and have dated women from 4'11 (and a half she would say) to 6 feet tall.

Up to 6' is probably good. After that you are too big I think. I've got friends who are extremely tall and it's always a hassle for them to do things.

If they could do this to extend when the extra height is needed, but retract again for airline seating, driving most modern sedans, theaters, etc. I think they'd be on to something.

I've been on a height-loss regimen for more than a few decades.

It has been working out quite well, too.

The trick is to pace yourself.

I’m 6’-4” and 275, but don’t think about it until I get in an airplane seat, etc. I get a lot of people who asked if I played football.

In my 930, I used an aluminum Bultler Built seat bolted to the floor pan. Minimal padding and fit perfect. No more rubbing my helmet on the headliner.

My dad was 6' 5. He was once asked by a VERY VERY short clerk at a 7-11 how tall he was - he told her 7' 2. I'm sure she believed it.

I used to be almost 6' 4". At my annual checkup last month, I was only 6' 2.5"

My dad was 6’-4”.

He used to tell people he was 5’-16”.

It was one of his corny dad jokes.

If asked, I sometimes say I weigh 'a buck and a half'...meaning 150.
