I think the question is what are the least attractive Ferraris? Most Ferraris have great lines. There are only a handful that are not so attractive.

It isn't so much that the old car was tiny, it is that the modern F1 car is huge. The ferrari you have in the picture is 224 inches long, you know what other modern car shares the same length?
A Chevy Suburban. As to the question of the best looking Ferrari, I'll have to go with another vote for the 288 GTO.
