Shipping for international purchase with pelican parts
Any one from Canada having problems with shipments from pelican? Ordered parts from pelican and another parts company last Thursday around noon. I’m sending all parcels to my USA mail box that I have used for years. Filled out all the information on the pelican order form. My USA address and my paypal address here in Canada. Even
Filled out the message section and said please ship to USA address. All parts are in stock from pelican. Friday comes parcels from other company have arrived at destination. Not pelican. Talked to a supervisor at pelican ,she is saying that the parcel is to heavy for one box. Said maybe would take three boxes and cost me another $103. Shipping was free on the order form???? Said I was not happy but I need the parts. Today checked to see what was up. No parcels are shipped! Talked on the chat form , Lady says there is a problem and probably not be able to arrive this Thursday as it was shipping to Canada. Nope not supposed to be coming to Canada. Talked to supervisor again today. Said that when the order was sent to the secondary warehouse all they get is the PayPal address, that is Cananda,So it has been sitting. She says she will get back to me. Just wondering if this is normal? Sorry for the rant.
