Weird

I call locusts grasshoppers and cicada locusts.

How messed up is that.

Same here. When I hear of a plague of locusts I think the noise must be deafening.

The big difference, the cicadas that we have in Oklahoma all summer are food for all critters. My dogs they they are tastier than dog treats. They love to eat them. Cicadas have no defense except numbers. They don't eat anything and die quickly after mating. They only eat as grubs in the lawn.

Grasshoppers and locust have a nasty almost inedible tobacco like guts and very few things will or can eat them.

If the locusts were actually cicadas they would be farmed and harvested as a tasty snacks.

Locusts are Grasshopers, morphed due to over abundance they get mean and larger and swarm most anything.

You can have mine.

BTW, there is no reason for this to go PARF unless someone insists on start bashing someone elses belief.

I don't believe in locusts.
