That's one of the last gentle turns and its all straight from there. Think he's was going up hill when this happened? Maybe that wheel failed on the turn as he lifted and rolled over to the other side on his way up? I know that road like the back of my hand because I have ridden my bike (bicycle)up it for many years training in my racing days

Just speculation, but I think he was going uphill when it happened as well (going in the opposite direction from as it rests.)
The passenger side roof looks to have had a greater impact as it is pushed down farther. That would be consistent with going uphill, passenger side lifts and slams down during a rollover whereas the driver side is “tucked” under during the roll. Car slides across road from momentum and turns around due to the engine weight in the rear. Broken glass and window gaskets are thrown away from the car and land uphill from it.
Just guessing but glad driver was ok and no one else involved or hurt.
