And women "hover" and let the water balloon flutter about.

Most men at least have some targeting control.

and use a urinal except for..

This means the mens thrones see less traffic.

As the owner, I could choose to make my staff clean the public restrooms, and use my own private restroom exclusively.

But I go in and check them every day, get down on the floor and scrub scuff marks off of our ceramic tile floors with a terry cloth towel, etc.

I will tell you that yeah there might be one or two women who $Fit bomb the toilet, but we have probably a few hundred people a day go through each restroom. By FAR, maybe a factor of x10, the dirtiest smelliest spot within a quarter mile radius, is the floor right by the men's restroom urinal. As I say, we clean constantly with Zep DZ-7 hospital grade disinfectant the entire urinal and the floor, walls, and stainless steel partitions. On our construction sites, they throw lit ciggies into the pisser and clog them up. Pee overflows onto the floor and out the door. No way, no how are women dirtier than men.

I also had the pleasure of cleaning restrooms- but it was at a fast food place. The women’s restroom was the worse for me but mainly due to the stuff I found in the “goodie box” (a small trash can dedicated to women’s sanitary items). The guys restroom was just plain dirty- with urine and feces all over the place!! During college I would find feces on the floor of the men’s individual/community shower stalls! WTF I’m still perplexed by the whole thing.

People are pigs.
Had a co worker with a bad back who chewed tobacco. His gut was constantly a mess. The guy apparently had an emregency sort of event one day and couldn’t get seated. Wtf? Another dude with Crohn’s disease regularly obliterates the unisex chitter now and doesn’t clean up a thing.

With the double punch, there should be some cheap cheap cheap commercial RE ripe for the picking.

I sorta think commercial RE will be much more dicey than it once was. Triple-net leases seem to have become somewhat of a "quaint" notion in the last few months. I agree there is likely some value out there, but choose wisely.

If I have to I will look up the days I wrote . "Equities will hit new highs as the Main Street economy will continue to sink...

So sum surprize..

There is a complete divorce from reality between what the real economy is doing and Equities...The FED has printed nearly 3T USD in about 2 months (7.2T), all that liquidity has to go somewhere...

The gap between the Haves and Have Nots is like having two different worlds...the problem for the Haves is that they depend on the Have Nots to buy stuff that supports their world. Without the Have Nots buying stuff the Haves world comes crashing down. Famous words said by a Have was "Let them eat cake." You all know how that ended up..the Have lost her head...

It really doesn't matter anymore if you put your seat belt on after the car wreck now does it? The issue is no longer liquidity but solvency...virtually no one is solvent anymore, not sovereign nations, corporations nor individuals. So it doesn't matter if you have a lot of debt or no debt you all get dragged down. the reason is that there are so many institutions and people that have so much debt that there is no way for them to ever see the light of day..the shock to the economy is like having a 9.5 earthquake and the coming tsunami of credit defaults is now forming in the deep ocean. As that wave starts to hit there will be a massive ripple effect right through the economy.

I am sorry to have to say it..but peoples lives will be completely different..

It has already started with the after math of Floyds murder...this scale of civil unrest on a now global scale could only happen if the existing authority of the establishment was discredited and thus weakened.

Tabs,
I just sold out of inventory (I'm waiting for two pieces to come in but one of them is sold as soon as it lands here) I was doing some tax work and my first quarter this year beat my first quarter last year. My second quarter would blow by last year if I could find inventory. What is the real economy doing? I only ask because it seems to be exploding in a good way. I called 3 different suppliers yesterday looking for inventory. All said the same thing "we don't have much to offer because new and used sales are strong"

mgatepi 06-09-2020 05:19 AM

Auto sales were much higher during the "lockdown" than anticipated. Our sales forecast are coming in for August now and they are Huuge!

Seems to be a great time to be in the firearm business at the moment.

Election – In this situation, the Trump administration can’t win and will be criticized if successful or not. If they succeed in keeping the virus at bay, the Dems will say they spent too much. If the virus spreads everywhere, it will be Trump’s fault. The CDC has fumbled the ball once already, but it appears they might have control of it now. Who knows, too soon to tell. On the other hand, if the **** hits the fan, we may see a rallying effect like GWB saw after 9/11 but I’m not sure. One thing you can bet on – the media will spin and use every opportunity to bash the Trump administration.
