How much do you tip home grocery delivery service?
 

The same people who pick the food also do the delivery. How much to tip these folks? I’m thinking 20% of the food bill but outfits like Instacart already apply a surcharge on every item. I don’t know if the surcharge goes toward salaries or not. How much would you tip?

Our first delivery the guy said he was getting paid $8.

I slipped him another $10. He didn't pick, just delivered.
