attorney in brewster MA

Long shot, but I have purchased a piece of property in Canada from a person who lives near Brewster MA. Because of the current situation he is having a difficult time finding a Notary Public to witness a signature.
Can anyone help me out?

Not sure why he cannot find a notary in any bank, but there should be one at the AAA office in Dennis. That's exit 9 (Brewster is the next village over, at exits 10 & 11) on the Mid-Cape Hwy.

|It was my understanding pretty much everything was closed there including banks except drive thru |I will explore AAA.
Anyone that can help is invited to a fishing/hunting trip.

Totally spaced on a friend, Andrew Singer, who practices real estate law in Dennisport.

Don't know about MA, but here in CA banks are allowed to stay open as an essential service.
