I think it is a horribly written piece of obvious bias.
Nobody denies coronavirus is a real thing. There are opinions running wild in both directions about what the future of it will be.

Nobody knows what the future holds.

This author has his mind made up, and before writing the first word decided that anybody who doesn't agree with his opinion must be stupid.
Hard to have a meaningful conversation with such a closed mind.
