CBS All Access not working?
 
I signed up to watch "Picard" but the app isn't working for me. Anyone else having issues?

What platform are you watching it on? I was trying to use it on Prime/Fire TV. Their app sux and it has for a long time. It would usually freeze up on commercials. Its been a known issue for a long time. I finally canceled the subscription after they made no effort to fix the problem. Wasn't worth the frustration.

CBS All Access is supposed to be free until the end of the month.

Mine can also lock up on a commercial prior to the start of a program. Trying a second time clears it up for me and then it works fine. I have had it for about 3 months.

I just tried again. Picard mmediately fired up. No commercial. No delay. Android phone with chrome.

Switched to chrome, fired right up, thank you

Great.

Sometimes the pre show commercial won't load so you need to back up and try again.
