Looks interesting but hope the aftermarket can fix that exhaust.
|
that's a good looking bike.
|
Had an R50/2 way back. Regret selling her.
Now prices for the old bikes are getting ridiculous. And they were never as cross country reliable as we remember. This looks very interesting. We’ll see what they go for used in a year. It’s also begging to have a sidecar bolted on. |
Seems everyone wants to copy the hind-end from the Ducat Diavel. And yes, that exhaust is not an asset.
|
Nice pair of jugs.
...somebody HAD to say it. :) |

I am guessing that will go over as well as the last BMW cruiser type bike.
Do miss my R1200 GS though and may pick up another someday. |
Exhaust by Chris Bangle ?

i liked the R9T. but didn't need one as i already have an R1100S. a year later i see them selling at near new for less than 10k.
factor in the damn virus and maybe there will be an even steeper discount on the R18. i really like this thing. all i need is patience. and i love my Ural. but i'm tired of wheezing over the mountain pass at 40mph. this looks like a solution. |
As a fellow Uralista, I can sympathize.
|
Looks like the Harley “48”

The exhaust is hideous but everything else is just gorgeous on this bike...
I would swing a leg over this in a nanosecond! angela |
