"Love Street" is a 1968 song by The Doors which appears on their album Waiting For The Sun. The song is about the street in Laurel Canyon, California, where Jim Morrison lived with his girlfriend Pamela Courson.

Not my normal style of music I listen to but my daughter turned me onto this group that I think is quite talented. This song is about a Runner. A runner in these terms was someone that was a volunteer to get things for a visiting musician or celebrity. Many times the ego of the celebrity would be very large and the runners were treated with very little respect. I heard stories in Auburn from people involved with the concerts about some musician's ridiculus demands, ..ie "bring me 10 lbs of M&Ms and pull out all the brown ones"....
