I see your point but don't think it's as high as 90%

I am with Denis, Matt and Vash (and other's, those just come to the front of my mind) we have some good local places that the kids and I like to visit.

Yes it might cost a little more to eat out, but I am at a point in life where I can afford the extra expense.

Also like Shaun I am busy as hell with work, but I do miss connecting with my clients/coworkers over a meal and having non work discussions.

Now with that being said, I have been cooking a lot more and trying new things. Based on a thread here I got some cast iron and am enjoying using it for full meals and just parts of meals.

Especially after being locked-up at home for the last couple months....a restaurant will be very welcomed.

I miss going out to lunch with work colleagues. I miss going out to dinner with my wife. I miss taking my 1yr old and 3yr old daughters out to dinner every other week and exposing them to the world. This will pass, but it’s not fun in the meantime.

I don’t know how 2 working parents manage to find the time/money to do all this if the retired boomer is too busy to go out to eat. I must be broke too.
