ID This Tool

Any idea what this is? It was in a box of leftover parts from my Bronco rebuild that my dad dropped off a while ago. I have no idea what this is and I'm pretty sure I've never seen it before. The female numbered parts and the studs are reverse threads.

Conversion kit for a weed whacker head. Different sized mounting bolts are included to allow it to be universal. Some one installed the head and these are the leftover bits.

Yep - exactly what I was thinking. I've bought a model of a "universal" cutting head in the past on clearance because it was missing a few parts. Well, it was missing the parts that I needed to use to fit my model.

Yep. Just did that conversion a couple of weeks ago and still had to do a couple of mods to get it to work and fit.
