MOFO!!

someone tried to steal fuel from my worktruck. cut my fuel line. AFTER the pump, so they didnt get much.

but when i tried to start my truck i turned the parking lot into a Superfund site.

man i am pissed.

Be glad they tried to steal gas, and not brake fluid.

KFC911 06-04-2020 12:20 PM

Probably pissed off that you didn't take them fishin' :D

That sucks! Idiots, vandals and thieves suck!

GH85Carrera 06-04-2020 12:30 PM

They likely cut it looking for the catalytic converter. ;)

Vash,
Every Thursday my wife upon rising, takes a medicine which must be taken on an empty stomach. She may not lie down nor eat for an hour afterwards. Oh yeah, it upsets her stomach too.
This is because when she was 60 she fractured her forearm and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. The medicine has improved her bone density. She has been using it for two and a half years and will be going through the same miserable thing every Thursday for another two and a half years, then she must stop to avoid side effects.
Sorry you had a bad experience because of some low life. If there is karma, maybe their car will catch on fire.
Hope next Thursday is better for you.
Best
Les

Why get all worked up about it? It's your work truck, and not really your problem, it's your bosses truck.

ckelly78z 06-05-2020 02:17 AM

Are you sure your catalytic converter is still there ?

the thieves apparently didn't know the schematic of the fuel system. they just started yanking on hoses. and cutting thing hoping for a fuel flow.

they broke fittings on top of the fuel tank. game over. this is the end of the fiscal year, and my truck will now sit until August till the budgets is refreshed for new parts.

and a shiny quarter fell out of the thieves pockets. hahah..cambio!!

now i am driving my own truck to jobsites. they wont let me take my motorcycle; i asked. my job is on HWY 1 and it would have been a blast.

plus i keep my stuff pristine. pride in equipment. its why management will always give me the new truck. . plus thieves piss me off.

Could just be random vandalism.
With gas so cheap now, why bother with the trouble and potential danger of stealing.

911 Rod 06-05-2020 08:10 AM

Was there a pile of puke close by?
Idiots.

widebody911 06-05-2020 08:12 AM

At least it wasn't the septic line on your RV

Yeah, doesn't make sense. But my neighbor says someone siphoned the gas from his truck and jerrycan last week. Maybe it shows how desperate people are, having not worked for 2-3 months.

ckelly78z 06-05-2020 08:38 AM

Maybe they were trying to create a fuel puddle that they ignite as a remembrance of George Floyd !
