Wrong name on credit report
 

I just got my annual credit report and found there's an extra name on it that is somewhat close to mine but definitely not mine. Credit is fine but I have had some identity theft in the last year, could it be part of that?

Is your credit frozen? If not....why not ;)? Which agency btw... mebbe call them.

Me...frozen for mebbe 20 years now....I don't worry...

Probably somebody who legitimately ran your credit fat fingered your name. We do it all the time... :p Go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action and get it corrected if you want- it's no big deal. You can also pull a copy of each of your three credit reports for review once a year for free with no inquiry on your report of point loss to your FICO score.
