When in doubt buy American - US-made Seahawks.
Back in 2006 I worked for a company that was directly impacted by the decision to go Euro.
I can't go into details but a lot was said at the time but it all fell on deaf ears. Isn't it funny how things turn out? - I wish I could convey how how happy I am about this.  "Australia's navy already operates 24 MH-60R Seahawks based at HMAS Albatross, near Nowra, and this next purchase would mean a common fleet of 36 aircraft." Oz should start building a nuclear industry. Those boats will have American tea pots but you guys will need the 235 to disuade your neighbor to the north.
